Current Opportunities  
  • Assistant Swim Coach:  currently accepting applications and resumes for a seasonal position coaching a team of 120-140 swimmers ages 5-18. Coaches must run daily morning and evening practices and 6 swim-meets. Qualifications should include competitive swimming background, previous experience coaching, excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and professional attitude, and a genuine interest in working with kids of all ages and skill levels. Competitive wages based on experience and certification. Opportunities for private lessons are available.


  • Banquet Server:  seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, service professional, over the age of 18, with at least two years of upscale dining experience or similar standards of customer service, for a part-time banquet server position. The applicant must be an exceptional team player with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. The candidate should be able to work various day and evening shifts to include weekends and holidays. Friendly atmosphere, a competitive hourly wage, flexible schedule, with lunch and dinner provided daily.


  • Beverage Cart Attendant:  seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual over the age of 21 for a seasonal position (April through October). Responsibilities include driving a beverage cart around the golf course to provide food and drinks to our members and guests, recording purchases, and restocking the cart at the end of each shift.   • Dishwashers:  seeking neat, energetic, and self-motivated team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for service excellence for part-time positions; working approximately 24 hours a week to include holidays, nights, and weekends with occasional day shifts.   • Facility Maintenance Mechanic:  seeking a qualified, dependable, self-motivated individual, over the age of 21, to assist with repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems within an industrial establishment. Successful candidates require some prior experience or training in all forms of building maintenance, have basic knowledge of tools and materials, and maintain a valid driver's license. Hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with rotating weekends and on-call shifts. Full-time hourly position; great pay with benefits to include health, dental, paid vacation, 401(k) Plan+ company match with uniforms and meals provided.


  • Golf Course Maintenance:  seeking neat, dependable and energetic individuals for full and part-time seasonal positions; available April – November to include weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include but not limited to mowing greens, fairways and tees, raking, string trimming, equipment operation, general landscaping and course management.   • Group Exercise Instructor:  seeking a physically fit, enthusiastic, outgoing, customer service oriented individual with a positive attitude to teach group exercise classes offered morning and evenings. Candidate must have AFFA, First Aid, CPR/AED certifications. Uniforms and meals are provided.


  • Line Cook:  seeking experienced, neat, energetic and self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for service excellence for seasonal part-time position; working approximately 24 or more hours a week to include holidays, nights and weekends with occasional day shifts. Friendly atmosphere, flexible schedule and daily meals provided. Prior experience required; non-experienced individuals need not apply.


  • Massage Therapist:  seeking a certified Massage Therapist for an on-call, part-time position which requires some flexibility. Compensation will be discussed at the interview.   • Outside Services Attendant:  seeking hard working, self-motivated, dependable applicants who are professional, have high energy, and a positive attitude. These individuals will be responsible for the overall customer service experience here at Willow Oaks Country Club. The job responsibilities include greeting members as they arrive on the campus and assisting members with their golf bags before and after their rounds. The staff members will manage the golf cart fleet by staging, cleaning, and stocking the carts. Also, the staff will perform all tasks related to the driving range while establishing a rapport with members and making every member’s experience as service oriented as possible. The duties also include assisting members with golf bags and any other equipment, keeping bags that members store and keeping clubs clean, keeping the driving range stocked and have enough range balls downstairs, overall distribution of the towels and keeping them clean, managing the golf cart fleet while cleaning golf carts, and any other form of service that a member may need.   • Pool Locker Room Attendant:  seeking neat, personable, and energetic individuals for a part-time 30+ hour week position to include weekends and holidays. There are 4 seasonal, part time positions available which involve working 5 days a week and 7-8 hours per shift. Responsibilities include cleaning of pool facility and laundering towels. All candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs. A valid driver’s license is a plus. Dependable transportation is required. Verbal and written English skills are required. Fun family environment with uniforms and meals provided.


  • Restaurant Server:  seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, service professional, over the age of 18, with at least two years of upscale dining experience or similar standards of customer service, for a part-time restaurant server position. It is important for applicants to have a high level of restaurant experience, be motivated to perform at a high level, and to have broad range of knowledge in food and beverage. The applicants must be professional, sincere, and consistent with their performance. The applicant must be an exceptional team player with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to work various day and evening shifts to include weekends and holidays. Friendly atmosphere, a competitive hourly wage, flexible schedule, with lunch and dinner provided daily.


  • Seasonal Housekeeper:  seeking a neat, personable, and experienced housekeeper for part-time, seasonal position working nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include cleaning rest rooms, vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows, and mopping floors. Schedule flexibility is required for this position.   • Tennis Shop Desk Attendant:  seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, customer service oriented individual for long term part-time position. The candidate must be able to perform basic tennis shop administrative duties; to include, but not limited to, restocking coolers, maintaining member areas, and providing courteous, professional member service. The candidate should be able to work various shifts to include weekdays, occasional weekends and holidays. Prior tennis experience preferred. Enthusiastic, friendly work environment with a flexible schedule and daily meals provided.


  • Wave Cafe Staff:  seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, customer service oriented individuals with positive attitudes for seasonal part-time positions May - August working various shifts to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, be proactive, detail oriented, and exceptional team players with a passion for service excellence. Great pay, flexible schedules, uniforms, and meals provided. Prior experience is a plus. Positions available include Café Servers, Cooks, and Bartenders who must be 21 years of age or older for this position.
