Willow Oaks Country Club, founded in 1958, is a premier private country club flanking the James River in the heart of the City of Richmond. Current Opportunities  
  • Banquet Server:  seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, service professional, over the age of 18, with at least two years of upscale dining experience or similar standards of customer service, for a part-time banquet server position. The applicant must be an exceptional team player with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. The candidate should be able to work various day and evening shifts to include weekends and holidays. Friendly atmosphere, a competitive hourly wage, flexible schedule, with lunch and dinner provided daily.


  • Communications Coordinator:  seeking a proactive, creative, detail oriented writing professional to coordinate the production of the club’s internal and external communications, including a bi-monthly magazine, weekly email communications and website content. This individual must have strong grammatical writing ability, proofreading skills, graphic design knowledge and able to perform each essential duty in an exceptional, organized and timely manner. Experience and/or working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop preferred. This is an ideal position for someone looking to return to the working community. When applying, please provide desired salary requirements. This position is part time and hourly at approximately 20 – 25 hours a week and reports to the Membership Director. This is available immediately.


  • Dishwasher:  seeking neat, energetic, and self-motivated team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for service excellence for part-time positions; working approximately 24 or more hours a week to include holidays, nights, and weekends with occasional day shifts.   • Golf Course Maintenance:  seeking neat, dependable, and energetic individuals for full and part-time seasonal positions; to include weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include but not limited to mowing greens, fairways and tees, raking, string trimming, equipment operation, general landscaping and course management.   • Housekeeping Supervisor:  seeking an experienced individual, committed to providing our members and guests with superior service and an exceptional country club experience, for a full time Housekeeping Supervisor position; working mainly day shifts, with weekends and holidays required. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years prior housekeeping management experience; be an enthusiastic, dependable, well organized individual who maintains a positive attitude and is able to manage a wide variety of staff simultaneously.   • Massage Therapist:  seeking a certified Massage Therapist for an on-call, part-time position which requires some flexibility. Compensation will be discussed at the interview. Premier Private Club is currently seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team. We are committed to providing our members and guests with superior service and an exceptional country club experience.   • Personal Trainer:  seeking a physically fit, enthusiastic, outgoing, customer service oriented individual with a positive attitude for part-time personal training position in our fitness facility working evenings and occasional weekend hours; to include holidays. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting members, answering phones, light cleaning, as well as friendly staff interaction. Personal training/group exercise and CPR certification required. Compensation commensurate with experience; uniforms and meals provided.


  • Restaurant Server:  seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, service professional, over the age of 18, with at least two years of upscale dining experience or similar standards of customer service, for a part-time restaurant server position. It is important for applicants to have a high level of restaurant experience, be motivated to perform at a high level, and to have broad range of knowledge in food and beverage. The applicants must be professional, sincere, and consistent with their performance. The applicant must be an exceptional team player with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to work various day and evening shifts to include weekends and holidays.
