Current Opportunities   
  • Banquet Server: 

    Willow Oaks Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, service professionals, over the age of 18, with at least two years of upscale dining experience or similar standards of customer service, for a part-time banquet server position. The applicant must be an exceptional team player with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. The candidate should be able to work various day and evening shifts to include weekends and holidays. Friendly atmosphere, a competitive hourly wage, flexible schedule, with lunch and dinner provided daily. 

  • Restaurant Busser:

    Willow Oaks Country club is seeking high-energy, outgoing individuals with prior upscale dining experience and high standards of customer service for part-time positions. Applicants must be exceptional team players with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail orientated and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities include:  assists servers in their tasks, keeps server station stocked with supplies, water for table as guests are seated, removes soiled dishes from table and brings to dish washing area, clears linen, set table with clean service ware and linen, cleans floor and collects trash after each shift, dusts chairs before and after meals, maintains ice bins and buckets. Ideal candidates will be able to work various shifts to include holidays and weekends.  

  • Restaurant Server:

     We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, service professional, over the age of 18, with at least two years of upscale dining experience or similar standards of customer service, for a part-time restaurant server position. It is important for applicants to have a high level of restaurant experience, be motivated to perform at a high level, and to have broad range of knowledge in food and beverage. The applicants must be professional, sincere, and consistent with their performance. The applicant must be an exceptional team player with a passion for service excellence, be proactive, detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to work various day and evening shifts to include weekends and holidays. Friendly atmosphere, a competitive hourly wage, flexible schedule, with lunch and dinner provided daily. 

  • Tennis Pro Shop Front Desk Attendant:

    Willow Oaks Country Club's Tennis Pro Shop seeks friendly, customer service oriented individuals for long-term part-time and full-time positions.We are flexible and happy to work with your schedule so let us know what shifts work best for you and how many hours you’d like to work. We are open 364 days a year. Availability to work on holidays is required. Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Greet members as they enter the tennis facility and provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and anticipating needs
    Answer phones and take court reservations
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    Ring up point-of-sale transactions for tennis rackets, balls, clothing, shoes, beverages, snacks, etc.
    Ability to handle money, process credit/debit cards/gift certificates, use a cash register for transactions and balance a cash sheet
    Assist in conducting inventory and maintain adequate merchandise supply levels
    Follow opening and closing procedures; key holder
    Refill water coolers with ice, water and cups
    Basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming floors in pro shop before closing and taking out trash plus laundering and folding towels
    Basic court maintenance such as brushing/raking & lining outdoor clay courts and using vacuum or leaf blower to clean indoor courts
    Tennis experience and knowledge preferred, but not required. Hourly rates start at $11 - compensation is based on experience. Free lunch &/or dinner provided daily. Candidates must be able to:Sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs, pass a drug test and background check prior to starting.

  • Dishwasher

    Willow Oaks Country Club seeks a happy, energetic individual who can lift at least 50 lbs for dishwasher position in a fun, friendly environment. Part time shifts available which include nights, weekends & holidays (plus occasional day shifts). We're flexible so let us know what works with your schedule. Pay based on experience. Responsibilities include: Cleaning all soiled dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils and returning them to their proper place for storage. Performing necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for food preparation, dish-washing room and storage facilities. Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and work surfaces on a regular basis. Helping receive, store and distribute food and supply inventories. Prepping food items for meal and banquet functions. Carrying all trash to the dumpsters; breaking down all cardboard boxes and placing them in recycling bins.Following all health sanitation and safety requirements. The applicant must be reliable, have passion for excellent service and strong sense of urgency. Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background screen prior to hire. Uniforms are provided as well as free lunch and dinner daily

  • Assistant Swim Coach 

    Willow Oaks Country Club is currently accepting applications and resumes for a seasonal position coaching a team of 120-140 swimmers ages 5-18. Coaches must run daily morning and evening practices and 6 swim-meets. Qualifications should include competitive swimming background, previous experience coaching, excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and professional attitude, and a genuine interest in working with kids of all ages and skill levels. Competitive wages based on experience and certification. Opportunities for private lessons are available. 

  • Outside Services Attendant

    We are seeking hard working, self-motivated, dependable applicants who are professional, have high energy, and a positive attitude. The Outside Services Attendant is a key part of our Golf Operation. They are responsible for providing a professional Bag Drop experience as well as providing golf carts and range balls for Members and guests while keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe. They greet Members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner while projecting a professional image. The Outside Services Attendant communicates in a clear and professional manner information that assists the Members and guests in playing the course. Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain a positive/ professional work attitude at all times.
    2. Be able to perform all tasks associated with the position in a timely fashion.
    3. Job responsibilities are but not limited to, bag drop operation, driving range operation, complete and total preparation of golf carts, routine golf cart maintenance, bag storage room, etc.
    4. Outside Operation Assistants will work under the guidance of the Golf Professional Staff and be required to report on time to all scheduled shifts.
    5. Look forward to working in a fast paced, fun, environment.
    Job Requirements • Prior golf course experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. This seasonal position that runs from spring to fall is 30-40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test prior to starting. This job pays $10 per hour and includes uniforms, golf privileges plus free lunch & dinner daily.   • Certified Barre Instructor

    Willow Oaks Country Club is looking for a Barre instructor certified by a nationally recognized organization to teach a class every Sunday. Must be friendly, outgoing, and be able to work with all fitness types. Competitive compensation based on experience. Uniforms and meals provided. Drug free workplace & EOE. Job Type: Contract
